We love coming here! Autumn is great with my daughter and always willing to help my daughter figure out what she wants to do with her hair.

Waited 45 minutes into my appointment time and my stylist was still blowdrying another client with half wet hair. I commuted an hour from my house and was on time at 9:45 for a brazilian keratin treatment that was advertised to take 2.5 hours. I paid my deposit weeks prior and I waited 45 minutes and still had not gotten started. I needed to leave for work by 1 pm, hoping that I could take this morning to have a relaxing treatment for my hair. the stylist stated she would not be done with me by then. I then realized that they did not care about me as a client, and I requested a refund and to not re-book at this salon. Front desk stated she would refund me but it could take a few days. I am hoping to receive my refund as I did not receive any service. This was extremely poor customer service, and I will not be returning.
